This extreme stylish, especially the front end vintage 1939 Oldsmobile appears to be in basically stock condition and in combination of an exceptionally straight original and an older restoration (ready to be redone if so desired) with only 37,230 miles appearing on the odometer. Manual transmission:3 on the tree. “Suicide doors”. This is an older original car and shows that it is and was a nice car cared for by the owner. The paint is oxidized and appears to be a very old re paint job and still appears to be in excellent shape with original type patina. It’s a 6 cylinder model equipped with the deluxe radio and heater and after market horns and turn signal tail lights. It runs and is drive able. The brown cloth interior appears to be original and it is in very good condition when one considers the car is 80 years old. This vintage Oldsmobile would be a fine addition to any pre-war period vintage auto collection. Title is clear.

To be specific, your car is a 1939 Oldsmobile G-39 Series 70 Four-Door Sedan. Both the F-39 Series 60 and G-39 Series 70 came standard with a 6-cylinder as the only engine available. In the 60-series, it was a 216 cubic inch engine putting out 90 hp while in the 70-series, it was 230 cubic inches putting out 95 hp.
The two models are very similar in external appearance, but the giveaway difference is that the door hinges are exposed in the 60-series while they are hidden in the 70-series. The hinges on your car are hidden, so that makes it a middle-of-the-Oldsmobile-line Series 70 model. Olds also offered the Series 80 which came with a 257-cubic inch 8-cylinder putting out 110 hp. All of the engines were straight Sixes or Eights with L-heads.
Your car looks very nice and would make an excellent restoration candidate. Good luck.
Also, move it outside to nice location, wash it up and take some nice pictures of it. These "barn find" pictures don't inspire "runs and drivable". The idea is to present the image that it just needs a little work, not it needs a ton of work.
I don't know how soon you want to sell (probably sooner than later) and/or if you might consider putting your car FOR SALE at a car show, but the Iola Car Show in Iola, WI is one of the largest vintage car shows in the entire Midwest (occurs beginning of next month, July). It appears from your front & rear tags the vehicle is registered in Illinois. The Iola Car Show is truly an awesome car show which lasts nearly the entire week and they have a FOR SALE car corral where you could show your car FOR SALE. I believe pre-war (1942) cars are free to register. There are tons of absolutely gorgeous pre-war cars at the show - these are truly show cars. Anyway, I thought I'd toss it out there for you in case you have the time to attend the Iola Car Show and might consider selling your car at the show. Best of luck.
