Sharp car in Viking Blue with black stripes, rear bumper looks to be mounted too low and has repo parts on it. Four speed car, $60,000, probably got close to that much in it.

dead giveaway that this is a recreation W30:
For more information about this vehicle, give me a call at show contact info , or text me show contact info . This one has the original motor, but the transmission, heads, intake, carburetor, distributor, rear end are all period correct and nicely restored. The red fender wells are nice reproductions.

There is a chance that this is a W-30 car but with no way to prove that it is a W-30 car it would be foolish to pay W-Machine money for a 442 with W-30 parts. That said....someone will buy it & it will pass from hand to hand and we will see it down the road at an auction as a W-30.

don't be sorry.
its a great looking car. i for one was happy to see the pics. your thread started a valuable conversation of W30 authenticity that could benefit a potential buyer.
it may or may not be a legit W30, but it will be a fun car to drive for the next owner. Just don't overspend is all.

Agreed, it is hard to see people taken advantage of, not to get off on a tangent but there where only so many cars of these cars built. It is good that there is a good source of knowledgeable guys here.
