love the Cutlass and, this is my dream car, fell in love with them when I was 18 and bought a used 77 Cutlass Salon. This 70 W-31 is being sold to keep household peace, not because I want to flip it, dump it or get rid of it. If it were up to me, when I die at a nice old age, it would be my casket lol I think many of you have "been there." I know a few of my close friends have... It IS very important to me to find this car a good home. An offer was mad early on an the intention was to make a drag car out of her...I obviosly turned the offer down.

My classified has been updated with the knowledge gained. I hope it is an accurate representation of that knowledge and correction of the misinformation I was lead to believe.

The power steering N47 is correct as per the Canadian documentation.

I can attest to that. A friend has owned this block for many years. He bought it off a long ago previous owner when that person opted to put a 455 in the car. The block can be purchased.

That's a really good point -- OP can take some comfort in knowing that potential buyers are getting a more accurate description of the car and will be less likely to feel taken advantage of if they buy it.

It may make all the unpleasantness worth it. GLWS!
