Actually looks nice for a convertible, but one would need to look for rust. Also has the bucket seats with the console shifter a nice sporty look. But why oh why do people put these stupid wheels on cars! Stock is stock wheels are not stock.

I talked with the person selling the car and he got it from an Uncle that had passed 3yrs ago. He did not know what happened to the stock wheels. His Uncle had the car done and took it on the power tour prior to passing. He also said it has a factory tach.

Here's a coupe here with the nice cloth bucket seats. I would pay pay pay if I ever found a mint one. My dream car.

I'm thinking the same Pat. I can't see the console well enough to see if there's a Starfire emblem or J1/CSC emblem on it. Looking at other things like the chromed aircleaner and valve covers (painted in 64) and the Jetstar 1 upholstery pattern, my gut says the seats and console were transplanted. But I learned long ago to never say never.
Got to wonder if you could have ordered the seats. You could do a lot of those things in the day. Plus not too far fetched to be able to order the sports package as in the coupe.
