1986 monte carlo ss, this vehicle has a ls6 454 with rectangle port heads. the motor has been balanced, edelbrock intake,holley 850 cfm double pumper, comp cams 280h cam, dyno at 498 hp, headers with full 3 inch flowmaster exhaust. transmission is a turbo 400 built by dynamic transmissions. the rearend is a curry 9inch with 3.00 ratio. car is lowered with rancho springs has corvette ralleye rims with goodyear 245/60/15 tires. aluminum radiator, luovered hood, and lots more.
daily driver if u want it to be. car is a blast to drive and turns alot of heads.

That's a pretty sweet car. I like the fact that it's pretty stealthy too.

 

Might be a 454, but its not an LS6.

Your wrong. It's Definitely a 454 LS6. If any one is interested and want's the codes for the engine I'm sure my friend will be happy to give them to you.

 

I might be, since I was thinking of the "other" LS6 when I posted.

I always thought the Monte SS' were herculian. I had a friend in college that built a SBC for one. It was an awsome car. Good luck selling it.
