1971 Convertible 442 - $5500
NOT MINE!
Found on CL in my area.
I saved the information on my site just in case things get pulled. If someone is really interested, I maybe able to find time to check it out for them this weekend.

I talked to the guy last night - it is a numbers matching car which was originally white, on white, with a white top. The hood is an original W25 hood and the owner saw pictures of he car from the eraly 70's with the hood on the car. The floors have been replaced, and it has new half quarter panels, but still needs a trunk pan. The guy is firm at $5500 for the car.
Unfortunately, I was hoping to find something a little more solid to restore and am not a big fan of half panels

Some that seem to be good deals, I give a little more attention. 1971 442 with ram air hood for 5500 could be great for someone. And lets be honest, most older guys that have cars don't know how to use the internet well... much less about forums and such.
I couldn't car less if they guy sells it, but it would be neat to know if I helped someone find their "perfect project".

Better watch that 'old guy' crap - about 70% of the forum is over 50, and have forgotten more than - - -- - $hit, I forgot!!!
And these Frigging computers just take awhile to catch on to, unless you find those sites that replace those 'blue pills'!!

Hello Joffroi,
Thanks for the tip on the '71 442 convertible. I checked the link you gave, but it no longer links to the 442. If you can find out any additional information, it would be appreciated, as my friend Nick has been looking for one.

FYI - If you have a 71-72 Cutlass/442 convertible, or Cutlass Supreme, the rear wing/spoiler was never available as a factory or dealer installed option, with the dealers further advised NOT to install a wing/spoiler on these models which both had non-conforming truck lids.

I hope that info helps.
Edit: You can also search for the keyword "convertible" if you don't mind changing the years:
