1970 442 w30 project car
Hello a friend of mine told me about this car and I wanted to find out whether you guys and gals thought this is a good buy or not a good buy? I have my 71 Cutlass vert but was always looking for an opportunity to buy a 442 w30 coupe with A/C as a project if the price was right. Not looking to spend the big bucks to make a show car but just a nice cruiser to use.
Thanks,
Tom

You better grab that before I do!!!
Looks legit, decent project car, most of the important stuff is there, price seems good to me.
See what other more savvy, observant posters have to say.

Wow. Looks like a smokin' deal. The chrome valve covers are not stock, but the intake is correct. It's got the right parts. I assume those are F heads - the photos don't show it. Be sure to check the casting number, not just the letter.
Also, be aware that the A/C cars did not come with the 328 deg W-30 cam but a milder cam that provided more vacuum.
