1969 Cutlass Holiday sedan beautiful mostly original
Car sold to an appreciative new owner, still in NY.
I cannot believe how long it took, or general lack of interest from people on this site.
The idiotic shortsighted "moredoor" syndrome persists. New owner didn't have it.
It will be in good (and much younger) hands.
Roger in NY

Happy that you finally made the sale! I said before I don't have the 4-door derangement syndrome & I liked everything about it myself.
Good for you.
Glad you found a new owner that'll carry on your hard work. When I sold my '84 Cutlass Brougham, (some seller remorse) the first time I saw it it had the little 13" wire rims & you know where I'm going with that, but ain't my car anymore.

Funny thing is often the 4 door versions of our cars that are still around are in much better shape than the 2 dr counterparts. But that doesn't change the fact that us old-timers don't view them with the same awe. 4 dr cars didn't become cool till 1988 with the 4DSC Maxima. That car changed everything, 4 dr and 2 dr are viewed equally in the cool factor today...

Would have loved to have considered buying it, but any new/old car I buy now is going to have to come equipped with a Divorce Attorney. I've been put on notice and that's a line I will not be crossing.
I agree that B post sedans suffer but this 4 dr Hardtop model is one of the rarest of any model Olds sold that year,
about 1/10th of 2 dr hardtop production. You won't likely see one even at an Olds show.
The buyer got a hell of a deal, I took a huge loss just to move it.
The Scandinavians have no hesitation buying 4 drs.
I've sold 3 4dr hardtop Mopars to them.
Money is tight there right now though.
