If all of those parts are included and in good shape $5000 is probably too low. A few years ago I sold a pair of 67 reclining buckets (non-power, still original covers) for a little over $900 (they are bringing more than that now). If the gauge dash is complete $1500 - $2000 is not an un-realistic price maybe even more. Floor shift tilt 67 column in nice shape probably $600 - $1000 maybe more. I paid $500 for a cutlass UHV ignition sytem a few years ago to have as a backup if anything in the system in my Toro ever goes bad. I hit the "buy it now" shortly after it was listed on ebay and I considered it a very good deal. I have a freind who is currently asking $1500 for a UHV set-up. An A-body power driver seat track if complete is anywhere from $300 - $600 I have even seen these sell over $1000 although the prices on these seem to fluctuate wildly pretty often. Add too that the A/C parts, defroster, antenna, oh and there is a car in there too. So just the prices I listed average around $4,500 (some of these are are on the low end and that is not including the prices for the car and other parts). You might want to take some photos of a lot of the parts listed if they are included.

Seats look to be in nice condition other than the missing belt cover between the motor and transmission and needing new foam. I think they are probably worth at least $1500. Do you have the coil and distributor for the UHV system? They make up about 2/3 the value of the system, so the amplifier would be worth a few hundred alone. As a comparison for the seats, I sold this pair in 2016 for $950 through craigslist the same day they were listed. Reclining with head rests, but no power track.

Sad ending
Hi everyone,
Imagine 25 years ago I took a running 67-442 apart, makes me sick now thinking about it.
So I had a guy interested and for about 4 or 5 weeks he was coming to take the car in an enclosed trailer, he bailed and now I am out of time and forced to lower so someone couldn't pass up a highly optioned 42 for $3,000
My problem now is I have 3 people interested and I am moving end of this month, only 2 weekends left. I want to be fair but also want a real buyer and cash as soon as possible, like this weekend. I don't want to make a mistake and have to store the car a month or more while waiting for another buyer.
I will call the first guy tomorrow AM and see where he is at. If it's not looking good I will call the second guy, If it's not looking good I will call the third guy,
If it is not looking good I might take the parts that I know are worth over 5K and scrap the rest, Maybe some day I will find a decent round town 67 A body and add all my parts and have fun with a daily driver.
