Rear drums break locked up

I have a '62 Dynamic. I upgraded my front drums to disc brakes. I installed a master cylinder power booster and a proportioning valve. On my first ride out my rear wheels locked up. My car won't even move now. What could I do to fix this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

What did you do to the rear brakes? New shoes, cylinders, hoses?

Dis you adjust your rear brakes according to specifications?

Did you adjust your brake pedal pushrod properly where it goes into the booster?

I re-did all the rears as well. New drums, shoes, srings, and wheel cylinders.

Yes, but did you change the rear brake hose?

Yes, but did you leave the specified gap between the end of the rod and the bottom of the hole in the booster?

I did not change the rear hose. I'm not sure of what the correct gap is. If you have that information I would appreciate it

Hoses can deteriorate resulting in pressure being held in the line after the hose. This will bleed down over time.
What proportioning valve did you use?
