Bob:

'94-'04 Chevy S10 or Blazer uses 11.6" rotor and has an integral parking brake. You'll need a spacer on the axle flange (to center the caliper over the rotor) and another one to hold the wheel bearing and seal in place. You will need parts from a 2-wheel drive vehicle, the 4-wheeler rotors don't fit.

'98-'02 Camaro LS1 uses a 12" rotor and has the parking brake as well. The rotors are thicker and heavier than the Blazer (Blazer rotor is .79" thick, LS1 rotor is 1.02" thick). You will need spacers like the blazer set-up and will need to fab-up some brackets to make the parking brake work. You will also need custom parking brake cables for either set-up - many people have had ILT build them.

I personally chose the Blazer set-up because of the smaller rotor size. The larger Camaro rotors will shift the front-to-rear brake bias to much to the rear and you may need to install a proportioning valve to reduce the pressure to the rears. You don't want to be locking up the rear brakes every time you stop.

Here's a link to my set-up and a few pics:
