Hi everybody, any picture of the orignial location for the proportionning valve on 71 442 power disk brake (see pic for my actual location).
Trying to install new pre bent lines from master cylinder to prop. valve but I'm sure the actual location of the prop. valve is wrong, The engine has header, hope I can fit these lines.
This combo valve (it is not just a proportioning valve) was moved to accommodate the headers. If you are retaining the headers, you can't put the valve back in the original location. Either bend your own lines or get the aftermarket kit that mounts the valve under the master cylinder. From the factory the valve bolted to the inside of the frame rail, just about directly below the master cylinder.
