Moving Distribution Block

I've read in many posts that I should move my distribution block when I add my headers, but where exactly do I move it?

I included a picture where it currently is.

^^^This. I've been able to move the block to the top of the frame using the two holes designed for the clutch equalizer bar bracket (the two holes to the right of the battery cable tube in the photo above) without disconnecting the brake lines.
