Vinyl top

Vinyl top
I'm giving some thought to having a vinyl top installed on my 69 442 and have a couple of questions.
Who makes the best quality top that most closely matches what would be factory appearance?
Does the paint need to be removed from the area to be covered by vinyl? My paint is in excellent condition and no body damage or rust under paint.
Anyone have a guesstimate on what installation may cost with me providing the top?
Thanks
Jerry

I think they just didnt want the job, but would for way too much money. I helped a friend put a vinyl top on a Monte Carlo i built some years ago. Seemed easy enough but he knew what he was doing, and it came out great.

I will definitely have to hire this job out. I'm just to damn old to accomplish something like this and I definitely what a professional job that will last. My 442 currently looks great and I want to keep it that way. I'm still looking for just the right top for this.
Thanks
