Get the lead out?

I had a hood, doors, and fenders professionally media blasted
They were what appeared to be perfect...but a couple of pinholes reared their heads and now I have otherwise beautiful pcs with a couple tiny holes...seems that cutting out and welding in sheet metal is more damaging than helpful...what should I do? Lead? Fiberglass? Other?
Thanks for any and all advice.

Cut the metal out. pin hole are usually signs of a bigger problem test with an awl around the hole until you cannot push is thru that's where the good metal starts. should not take much welding to fix

Only way to fix it right is to cut out bad and weld in new metal.
