My delta 88 rear bumper/door replacement results

Well i bought my 1982 delta 88 royale dirt cheap with super low miles but the body was/is kinda rough. the car was rear ended by a truck, the bumper got damaged but the trucks front end was totaled LOL then the original owner (a 78 year old woman) got side swiped at the jewel parking lot :O
so in summation i'm going to show the before and after of the bumper and rear passenger door tell me what you guys think.

after,

I got the bumper off of a 1981 pontiac bonneville brougham since all the delta 88's were rear ended at the junkyard
Only thing i need to do now is put the spacer plates between the bumper and the shock absorber to make the bumper filler flush

and after!!!

It makes me kinda sad that the car at the junkyard had a better paint job and interior than my car lol but then again it came off of a brougham. Which makes me wonder should i get all the chrome door pieces off the rest of the junkyard delta and put it on my car? or remove the chrome door strip from the new door. decisions decisions

Looking better...
I could hardly see the damage on the bumper - those things lived up to their name (unlike the painted plastic variety.)
Now to add the filler strip and paint the door and add trim and you got a good looking driver!

If there was lots of good chome on the donor car, then perhaps buy it all for cheap and sell it to those who are in need. Good chome is hard to find for these models and very little is reproduced.

Yeah the car i took the door off of was a 1983 delta 88 royale brougham with great navy blue pillow seats. i was thinking of taking the back seat out of my car and replacing it with that one since my seat is all tore up. I think i'll grab all that chrome as you suggested.
As for the bumper damage on the original it was caved it from the back so someone decided to put carriage bolts through the bumper and put wood blocks as spacers to keep the bumper on
