Hi, quick question. My body guy is asking me if Cutlass/442 have a lower valances? I dont remember seeing one on my car but it was pieced together before i bought it. Think the stone shield would be both stone shield / valance but wanted to ask for confirmation. Any thoughts?

No. The bumpers are the valances
