Drip rail trim removal 🤔

Going to replace the drip rail trim on my '72 Supreme with some pieces that are in better shape than mine. How is the trim removed?

Use masking tape on an old fashioned rounded bottle opener.

I've used the bottle opener and I've also used a piece of wood tapping it with a hammer. Whatever method you use be patient and move slowly. I've damaged pieces when I got in a hurry.

I'm assuming I get at it from underneath and pull upwards as I go, correct?

Yes, start at one end and work your way across

Can you post a pic of said bottle opener just so I use the right one?

Wow, the bottle opener is a great idea! I will have to try that next time. I have always used a piece of wood and a hammer, but there are always places that are difficult to get to/ off (between the doors on wagons, rounded corners, etc), and the wood eventually starts to split apart.
