Hi,
I was curious, if it is possible to assemble the doors, with the fenders already installed. I looked at it today and it seems as if it is impossible.
I'm talking about a 66 Cutlass convertible.
As always any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

I would consider it impractical. The door is heavy and has to be positioned exactly, held that way while bolts are tightened. Access to the bolts is poor with the fender installed. I would have the hinges on the doors and install them with the fenders off. You can make a stud for one bolt position to help you position the doors, then remove the stud. I weighed my sedan door at 74 lb.
