Can annyone help me how to support the rails ,I just bought A 1975 hurst olds w/T tops past owner had the roof repaired with new sheet metal but body shop removed the supports around the edges .Need to know were the support braces go and if they are supposed to be between the top and inside metal and were they should be welded if need be I will take pics if annyone has to see what i mean thanks

 

Send a few photos and I'll see what I can do to help you. I completely replaced a set of Hurst t-tops a couple of years ago on a 79 HO restoration and your 75 t-tops should just about be the same thing.
