Super 88 Holiday, back from Italy!

hi to all of you.
It's a while i dont login.
In this days, i begin the body restore of my '56.
I am looking for weatherstrips (all the set).
I was wondering if you guys will suggest me where to buy.. i saw prices are high

And, in the same time, was wondering if someone has the PPG or Dupont codes for my two tone white bronze Holidays

Thanking you in advance,
Marco from Italy

Rubber products are available from Fusick Automotive, Steele Rubber Products, Rock Auto. I think they are all manufactured by Steele Rubber Products. They all have Websites.

Welcome and good luck!

I would suggest looking on ebay for the paint chart. It will have the colors and I believe will give you the codes you need.

it does.
Now i have the color code and i am ready for paint.

I did write to Fusick and Steelie, let's wait for their reply.

Still need seats upholstery. SMS has it, but i am not quite sure of what is on the seat: leather or fake leather??? It seems original and they are fabric and leather / fake leather combined

The 56 is very similar to the 57 and no its not to hard if you or a friend have some basic fabrication skills. Here is the link to my swap

It seems all car related rubber products have gone out of sight, could be because there are so few manufactures producing the older stuff, don't know but I bought the roof rail rubber for my convertible a while back and it was over 400 bucks for two strips 6 feet long Check( shop) around before you buy some times there are huge differences in price for the same item ...Tedd

Do you buy and shop using the internet? Most all of these places have web sites that allow you to compare, most ship overseas.Seems letter writing is falling by the wayside as far as getting a quick responce....Tedd

yes, i use to buy on ebay and in USA since 1996, for my Jeeps.
I have a Steelie and Rubber cart for about 1.100 $. I just wonder how to choose from different option for what seems to be the same item in different way...
