Hello!

I’m painting my rear end of my 1969 442.

so far, I’ve gathered

semi gloss finish for brake drums
flat black for rear end/diff
what color are the diff color bolts? Gray or black?
tank- silver
tank straps- flat black

please correct me if I’m wrong!

 

Brake drums were bare cast for hub cap car. With just the "face" painted black if the car had Super Stock wheels
Backing plates semi gloss black
Axle tubes bare steel or semi gloss black
Center section bare cast
Cover semi gloss black
Bolts black phosphate
Tank zinc plated.
Straps could be either bare steel or black
