Prevent rust in trim screw holes?

Slowing putting chrome back on my '72 after getting it back from the paint guy. Before I start screwing trim screws back in their respected holes that now have fresh paint in them (trunk lip chrome at the moment) I was wondering if I should coat the screws with dielectric grease or silicon or something to prevent moisture getting in or just not worry about it?

Don't use dielectric grease, use Fluid Film. Or, don't worry about it.
