090: this is usually where the time build code goes and it is two numbers followed by a letter. I suspect what you really have is "09C" or "09D". That means your car was built in September (09), third or fourth week of that month (C or D, respectively), 1971

A65 = option code = custom sport front seat with center arm rest and bright moldings
