fitment 70 ram air on 69

What does it take to install a 1970 ram air hood and a 69 cutlass. It appears the chrome is different and the hood tooth is smaller on the 69.

Put 69 hood tongue on 70 hood and change the latch assembly. Also add the 70 hood pins for OAI. Then use plastic air cleaner lid with correct foam for small or big block.

does the 69 hood tongue fit the 70 chrome hood eyebrows. it looks shorter in pictures. do i need to trim chrome shorter or use 69 hood chrome.
