They sell almost every bolt for your car. they have most GM part numbers. more Chevy stuff listed but any GM A body used similar part numbers.
get the bolt part number from your assembly manual than look on their site for the correct match.

Schne442

I found the bolts on AMK website. How about the U nuts? The ASM number is 387730. When I looked it up on AMK site, it isnt listed...that I can find anyways. U and J nuts are on pg 56-59. The ASM shows it should be U nut for 71' Cutlass 442. Thx in advance.

The U nut is on page 60, part # B12010. It has been a while but I think I called them and they said that B-11964 was the correct bolt. They do not list all the GM part numbers so sometimes I had to measure the old bolt and find one that matched. If you get their print catalogue the pictures are actual size so you can match the part up against the picture.

Thx Schne. But those arent oem correct , should be j nut with square 9/16 or so nut, as you probably know. I got so curious I went back to junkyard to a 72' Cutlass Ive been stripping and dug into lower front fenders. I would of done this sooner except the area is so badly rusted I knew it would be lot of work to dig out the J nuts. I got all four but only 3 are usable. These are the square oem type nuts. Will post pics for others that are curious about correct oem version.

I confused your lower fender bolts with the lower plastic inner wheel well bolts.

Sorry dude

JCMC64 is absolutely right … correct fastener is shown in the picture. The original was of a "J" nut design with a much more substantial square nut.
