I bought this 65 Cutlass and has some Calif. rust not bad but in need of help. It has rust on rear upper window channel should I cut it out about 4" past window seal which is rusted. I can get pics later so you can see what I need. I have a 65 Cutlass for parts. The black car is for parts and the brown is the rusty one.
