Toro 455 Oil Deflectors

I am using a 69 Toro 455 in my cutlass and will be installing the correct oil pan for my car. Does anyone know if I need to remove the oil deflectors or should I just leave them there? Also, while inspecting the timing set I noticed the oil slinger was cracked and I can't seem to find a supplier. Thanks in advance!!

I'm not sure the Toro deflectors will fit in the RWD pan. The Toro pan does fit in the A-body chassis, however I don't believe it's as good as some folks think it is. THere is a modest increase in oil volume, however the double hump design traps some oil.
