Which valve check springs to buy?

Which valve check springs to buy?
Went to buy some light springs to check my push for geometry and was met with a host of choices, likely all for Chevys. Anybody got any recommendations?

The reason I asked for a specific spring recommendation was I've read complaints about springs being too strong and over coming the force required to depress the lifter spring and ruining the measurement accuracy. Also, there are various heights. So anyone got any further suggestions?
