I don稚 think Bill is doing anything but all out high end race engines. Last time I talked to him he said he was getting tired of people wanting to cut corners or cheap out. I can understand where he is coming from, when someone wants to pinch pennies on questionable parts or machining, and then scatters parts all over the road, I知 sure he does t want those headaches or publicity.

Matt69olds is right, that holds true for a lot of builders.
Op- what is your budget and expectation?

The goal is not very high end. Just looking for 400-450 HP/TQ. A street only motor, for basic cruising and street abuse, no track.
