Hello everyone. Very close to completing my build. Thanks to everyone who has viewed my posts and helped me out. I am using edelbrock heads 60519 + E-Brock RPM Air Gap intake manifold with E-brock gasket set 7373. The turkey tray (valley cover plate) did not come with the set. Do I go without it or is there a specific part # I need to find it online? Or should i not use the E-brock intake gaskets and get the one piece turkey tray?

 

I would use the Ebrock gaskets.
