Q-jet 7023250 vs 7043256 what's the difference?
I have 2 Q-jets, 7043256 was on the 455 I bought, 7043250 was on a 73 350 engine I bought. I'm just curious if anyone knows what the cfm is or what they are really off of. I'm not sure it either is original for the motors

Thanks for the info, I guessed both where 73, however I never new they were all 750 cfm. Hey I see in your description you have 2500 stall and 3:23. How are the street manners of your car? I was thinking 2000 stall when i do my tranny this winter and wondered how the 2500 is in the street?

The Hughes 2500 is very tame during "normal" driving. From what I can recall of when the car had the factory converter, this one seems to drive just the same. The only time it feels different is when going WOT from a dead stop.

Thanks, i'll keep that in mind, I'm pretty much stock 455 and next step is converter, trans and a rear, in thinking 3:23 because I do drive it quite a bit and want it to still be daily driver friendly
