Pro Comp head/valves?

So I have a set of Procomp 455 heads with one side needing valves (the way I purchased them), I have read where these valves aren't favorable. What valves and springs should I run in them? Figure it would be smarter to replace them all than buying more procomp valves.

Are there valves trash or just the springs/retainers? I will admit $140 for all 8 intake and 8 exhaust is a heck of a deal for olds valves.

I have Manley intakes and Trick Flow exhausts. Springs, retainers, and locks are supposed to match your cam.

I’m running PRW 1.65 stainless full rollers. Edelbrock guideplates 3/8” with restricted hardened pushrods. Erson springs installed at 1.800”. Had to stack .110” worth of shims. Shim on top is .050” and is hardened.

Used Comp viton seals.
