Rebuilt engine stored for 6 years in mechanics shop with plastic bag over it just installed it in car and I have one lifter making noise tried ajusting it but doesn't want to pump up everytime I tighten roller rocker it's quiet for about 7 seconds then makes noise again like it looses it's prime any suggestions also noticed the other lifters lost there prime after sitting for a few days but pump up and stay quiet.
