Need advice on how to price my 400 olds for sale

Sorry if this is an annoying question, but I don't know a ton about olds engines. I have a 65-67 E block (390925E) engine with the higher compression C heads. Has an Edelbrock Performer 455 intake and looks like a normal qjet carb. The car sat for a few years before I got it and we don't know what the internals are, but it's not the stock engine on the car.

I was able to get it up and running easily although it sounds a little rough, but I didn't bother with new plugs and stuff.

What would be a good asking price for an engine like this with an unknown condition and all accessories? I'm not trying to make money, just have a fair asking price.

Thanks guys!

The E-block was only made in 1966-67, and the C heads were only used on the 1967 versions, so if the heads are original, this is a 1967 motor. All BBO heads (except for the 68-69 D heads) have the same 80-ish CC chambers, so there is no such thing as "higher compression " C heads. Olds varied CR by using pistons with different dish volumes.

A running core motor of unknown heritage or mileage is worth $500-800 in my opinion.
