They've recently changed the front cover seal though and it's wrong.

So, now what? Buy the cheaper Mr. Gasket set, source Cometic MLS head gaskets and source the front cover seal/gasket from somewhere else? I see Fusick has a front cover set for $29.50 which includes the front cover, water pump, damper seal, oil pan seal and fuel pump gasket.

BTW- By my calculations, a Cometic with .027" compressed thickness (4.200" bore) will figure to 10.00-to-1 CR.

NOTE: I need to cc a cylinder heard to verify the 77cc value.

If you're .008 in the hole with a 77cc chamber then you'll have at least 10.0:1 even with a .038 thick gasket. The dish on those pistons is 14.5, not 18.
And just get the Ultra seal kit and buy a front cover seal for $5.00. I just mentioned it so you knew when you got it that it's been like that.

Thank makes sense, sure it saved them 5 cents. The conversion set is a cheap addition and has the right front seal. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/FEL-CS8171-2
