The rings are file fit rings. Did you file them to get the proper end gaps ? If you do not have the tools to file fit the rings just buy a "normal" (non file fit) set of .020" oversize rings.

J,
The rings in your picture are 4.145 +5 The "+5" means they are made .005" larger so you have to file fit them to the individual cylinders. If you installed the rings without doing anything to them I am surprised you even got them to go into the cylinder.

So, have ever Interessent Phänomenon
Everything is prepared and put together, crankshaft with Baring and Pistons Without Rings I can turn it all with Two Fingers, without Problems and very Smooth
But if I put the Pistons with Rings (only 1-3 pistons with rings ) it is not possible to turn the Engine, this is very very Heavy tight
I have no idea why. all System Works very good Without der Pistons the block is bored to the Distance of 0,020 , the rings are filed fit for this system etc.

any ideas ??
Thanks for your help!!!

If the rings were filed correctly, then the next thing to check is their radial depth. In other words, the depth of the rings are normally about .020-.040 less than the depth of the ring groove. I’d check that next.
