Joining 3X 10 Ga. wires together?

I am installing a Flex a lite electric fan controller with 2 electric fans. The wire from the controller and electric fans is 10 gauge. What's the best way to connect the live and ground fan wires to the single controller wire. I done 18 guage wire but this is much thicker and would like some real world advise.
thanks

I would use a terminal block, or you can solder them together with a pigtail, and heat shrink.

Terminal block is a good idea, or you can find suitable size copper sleeve splice crimps at any electrical supply. Those are what factory used in the electrical harness main splice coming off the junction block.
