Help on selecting valve terain

Building 455BB with stock J heads. I got my heads and valve springs but need opinions on what to do w rocker arms. Cam specks are as follows:

CRNK DEG


Duration at .o5 in

Intake Rocker ration 1.6 in

Lash 22 24 25 hyd

Exhaust Rocker Ratio 1.6
Lash 23 24 25 hyd in


Install can on * * Below Cyl# 1

Intake & Exhaust
Lobe Seperation= 110 CAM DEG
Valve overlap= 8 Crank DEG

Intake
Valve open = 4.2 BTDC
* Centerline 108 ATDC
Valve Close= 41.2 ABDC

Duration 225.5 Crank Deg
Lobe lift= .30343 IN
Valve lift .48548 IN
lobe are= 23.87 IN * DEG

Exhaust
Valve open = 47.8 BBDC
Centerline 108 ATDC
Valve close = 3.8 ATDC

Duration 231.5 Crank DEG
lobe lift .30185 IN
Valve lift ..48296 IN
lobe area= 24.94IN * DEG

That's not a terribly radical cam. Stock valvetrain will work fine, though you can never go wrong with the Harlan Sharp rollers.
