Help ID this engle cam

Help ID this engle cam

I picked up an 455 Olds motor.

There is an engle hyd flat tappet cam in it. The end is stamped engle and lw10 lw 11 and 80. I cant find any info on a cam like this I tried a couple searches and the engle website without any luck

To be honest i dont know jack about cams and only a bit more about engines. The engine had hydraulic lifters in it so I assume its a hyd cam ?

I will try to measure it as you say and post what I get for numbers here tomorrow

Good call copper thanks

they got right back to me and it falls right between the 2722h and 2725h listed above

heres what they said;

Valve lift; .518" int , .237 exh
Cam lift; 324"
Duration @.050 244°
lobe center 108°

next question is that too much cam for a stock valve train ?

I have run bigger cams with stock valve train. You will need good springs and 10 to 1 pistons would be preferred. An auto trans car should have a higher stall torque converter. A gear out back of at least 373- 390 would be good.
