fuel pump 455 F

as you know I'm gonna change my 350 for a 455 longblock.
And have to exchange some parts from my 350 to my 455.

i saw a few difference,

the fuel pump are in 4 different kinds.
I didn't knew that.
I need to mount the 350 fuel pump on the crate 455 oldsblock.
But the 350 fuel pump delivers till 6.5 and the 455 till 7.

gonna be there a problem if i do so?
And does the 350 pump work on the 455.

It is not gonna stay there forever, in time i gona change parts to it's original but it gona take a while.
This becouse i live in the netherlands and can't get original parts fast and cheap.

So i need to interchange most parts of the 350 to the 455 longblock (crate)

gonna exchange the feulpump, waterpump, oilpan, valve covers, exc.
becouse its a longblock crate engine i found.
A olds 455 F 396021 .

if i'm not wrong the intakemanifold doesn't exchange?

And i would be pleaced if anyone have points that i need to look at.
It's gona be my first oldsengine transplant

thanks,

go next week to pick up the 455.
And pul my 350 out.

gonna save the 350 and use it as a learn project to understand the olds v8 engine.

only worked on 4 cilinders before

what is proberly the best match of intake on the 455, I believed the 350 did not fit the 455.

And i heard something about a feulpump and grinding? on a 455?

That has to do with using Edelbrock heads on a small block. You're fine with what you're doing.
Since this is a Delta, what are your goals with it? That will dictate the intake somewhat.

it gonna be a almost stock runner.
my 350 needs a small rebuild, after it looses oilpresure when it's on normal temperature.
So i have a lokal usa engine suplier here and had a look at it.

he say's he did'nt know what it is, and only could tell if they pulled the engine and look at it. $$$$$$$$
This could be more expencive than a crate engine

So i had aked for a 455 and he hase a 396021 F code on the shelve.
It's a 455 longblock crate engine rebuild done in the states.

now my 88 is equiped with a TH 400 OF ( for a 350) front diskbrakes with a huge brake force.
diff type RA.

So i want a 455 and keep my 350 to learn how it works and how to rebuild it.

At first i want to be as stock as posable and set as much off the 350 parts on the 455.
So i can gain all the original stockparts and updates when i got more money to spent.
The 455 is a longblock, so it contains the block, heads and oilpump.
waterpump, intake, oilpan and exhaustmanifold are not included.
even the oilfiller tube is'nt i complained about it and thold him why.

I just finisched the paint, new convertebletop, moldings etc.
so i runing scarse on money

the only thing i maybe put on it in the futere are intake, carb, airfilter and exhaustmanifolds to run duals (stainless steel)
And i have a 74 4bll quadrajet from a 455.

Maybe LPG, engine is set for it. and works with 95 octane gas

But it would be most stock, and hell yes a 455 that in my opinion belongs in a 88 delta

in small therms,

need it run again and swap most of the 350 parts at first.
That part that would'nt fit i gona buy a replacment of.

original olds parts is hard to get here where i live.
And sending a intake would cost me as much as a edelbrock, weight and taxes
