Engine wiring. Trans kickdown switch

Does anyone know if the engine harness from American Autowire include the wires that go down to the kickdown switch on the TH400 trannys or is there a separate wiring harness that plugs in?

I can't speak to the aftermarket harness, but the factory harness had the kickdown wire built in. In fact, it was included even on cars that did not require it, like manual trans and TH350 cars. If the aftermarket harness is an accurate duplicate of OEM, it will be there.

Will it be on the engine harness or the dash harness. Thanks for your help!

It's part of the engine harness. It runs from the firewall connector down under the trans tunnel to the connector on the side of the trans.
