BUILDING UP A 445 F BLOCK

NEED HELP BUILDING UP A 455 F BLOCK

I AM THE NEW GUY FRIST TIMER. I HAVE A 70 442 4SPEED CAR.THER IS A ENGINE IN CAR NOW . JUST WANT MORE HORSE. OVER THIS WINTER I WOULD LIKE TO REBUILD A 455 F BLOCK OUT OF A 70 W30 CAR. I ALREADY HAD THE BLOCK LOOKED AT IT HAD TO BE BORED 0.30 OVER . CRANK .010 .010 HEADS ARE C HAD MILD PORT JOB FOR FLOW STANLESS STEEL VALVES HARDEN SEATS AND GUIDES PUT IN. HAVE A TORKER INTAKE MSD IGNITION. A SET OF HARLEN SHARP ROLLER ROCKERS .LOOKING FOR 400 TO 450 HP. I HAVE NOT PICKED UP NOTHING ELSE. ANY POINTERS ON BUILDING ASSEMBLY PARTS WOULD BE VERY HELP FULL

Mark, welcome to our site. You would be serving your best interest to find a machinist that knows how to rebuild your engine correctly by the tolerances required by Oldsmobile and not to rebuild it from memory the way he builds every other Chevy on the street.
