If it's really at 10-15btdc on #1 you should not be spitting anything unless there is a crossed wire or you don't have enough fuel in it.
Do you have an ignition box? What kind? Is it wired right?

and i the in there is way too much fuel cause the bottom of the intake are wet when i look down the throttle body
Remember, unlike a carb your EFI will deliver the fuel it's programmed to at any given speed/load, whether it's firing right or not. And the injectors in that TB are typically designed to run at about 18psi, what's your regulator set at?
And in general, you'll have fuel on the bottom of the throttle blades any way as the air is continually moving around in there.

The Holley 4d says 10-15psi in the manual I have. I have mine set at 10 and it's still way to muchfuel at idle . Should I turn it up to 18 ???
I have allot of black smoke at idle even with all the ***** on the Holley control box turned all the way down
