Billyaxe, What "stock" oil pan was used? A used original Olds pan, an aftermarket pan etc.? Except for some Toro's???, all original pans should be 5 quarts total with the filter to get right at the fill line on the dipstick. This would be good to know to avoid overfilling which causes problems.
