Updated on oil pressure

Hi guy you won't believe this one I borrowed a few crow sockets, oil pressure tester I hooked the thing up I started it and oil spurts out of the brass nipple I must of over tighten is and it snap so I get to rest of it out, hook it up again started cold 40 psi let it get warmed up goes to 19 psi steady needle no bouncing So I unhook it,but the line back on,Went to return the tools and The gauge in the car is acting normal steady stopped goes to 19psi and stays there,I think when the oil spilled It must of took the dirt with it ,I don't get it but I'm happy I've been chasing this since March,What do you guys think
Thanks Steve

Are you saying that you had a faulty reading on your gauge to an obstruction in the oil pressure port? Now your hot oil pressure is 19psi hot at idle, what is your cruise pressure hot?

Well well well! Although I would like to see pressure of 50+ at cruise, sounds like its time to enjoy and quit worrying.

Well I'm happy like you say 50 be better but I'll take that with a steady needle I am running Vrt 10/30 I used to use 50
My left hand is puffed up bleeding and burn bubbles the older you get your skin can't take much, Not much room in there But it was worth it
