Hello All,
I am planning to install the points and condenser back on the car this weekend. Do you guys know if the Pertronix Coil can be used with standard points. I am just concerned because the Petronix coild is supposed to generate 40,000 volts.
Thanks

Aye! The engine is resently rebuilt ANT the compression test shows less then 1% in deviation. I have bin rebuilding the carb 14 Times' trying out new gaskets and flott levers now with the missfire still on number 5. So i got tired Of this carb and just tested a edelbrock 750 and the engine rund like a dream. So that is why i was curios what happend to the starter of the threads engine.
