I am assembling engine and ready to pre oil before starting but I can't get oil to come out the rocker arms.Any one have any suggestions?thANKS JSJ2 CLONE.

 

You need to turn the engine over because oil is pushed to the rocker assembly by the camshaft spinning. Use a 1 13/16 ( I think ) socket on the harmonic balancer and make sure to spin the oil pump rod counterclockwise
