Window help

I am pretty sure i have an electrical problem in the boot of the driver's door but i am having a hard time getting the door off. i might have to remove the fender. any advice on this would be great. Also wiring diagrams would also be appreciated. i have had this problem on my 95 for a while where the windows were intermittent and would have to open and shut the door to keep them working. thanks again.

just as suspected. pulled the inside of the door off and disconnected all the clips. then pulled the wiring harness through the hole where the boot is. this was with the door on the car still. when i slid the boot down there were 5 wires that were completely seperated and 3 that were cracked and on their way to breaking.

I have the same problem on a '95 - and one wire fell deep in and was hard to retrieve. This may be pretty common. Many other wire jackets were cracked there.
