1968 Olds 442 Tranny Serial Number

I believe my '68 442 is numbers matching, but need to confirm. I've confirmed the engine, but I'm not sure where the SN is on the tranny and it is visible without removing the engine/tranny. Appreciate any advice.

Nice! My first car (1968 Vista) was saffron. The engine shot shows exactly why the A/C cars needed that angled oil fill tube for 1968.
Note that the 442 emblem needs to move up one row on the grill.

Very nice ride! Joe is ever so discerning, who would have known that the emblem was on the wrong row? Love this forum, knowledge and entertainment all in one.
